The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management qualification is designed for people working at the frontline, such as supervisors or team leaders, who may have the technical skills but require development in people management.
This course will teach you how to monitor health and safety, implement an operations plan, manage projects and show leadership in the workplace.
At this level, frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
It is a perfect qualification for people who find themselves in a supervisory role without any formal training in management or supervision.
Welcome to CHC51115 Diploma of Financial Counselling
The CHC51115 Diploma of Financial Counselling is a nationally recognised qualification which requires 17 units for the qualification; 14 core units and 3 elective units. It covers workers who provide a specialist service assisting people faced with debt and other financial issues. This work requires:
- specialist knowledge, paralegal skills and competencies especially in regard to credit and debt issues affecting clients and their rights and obligations
- solid understanding of social and systemic issues that impact on financial counselling clients.
It may be applied in casework, community development and social justice contexts.
This is a 2 year part-time course with completion by November 30, 2018. Throughout the course you will be required to attend three tutorials. These tutorials will be facilitated by your trainer, Carolyn Joy.
There is an additional requirement of 220 hours work placement for this course.
